Two years ago, we bought a few cave houses in Huéscar (Granada). The cave houses are now totally reformed and transfirmed into 5 modern holidayhouses. By the time, we saw and experience that a lot of things/work can be more economic, but the problem was, you have to know the right people. 3. We can bring you in contact with several "architects", who can valuate the cave house you want to buy. We have also many taxation reports of cave houses from different taxators; so we know approximately the value range of your property.

4. We know technical architects who can make a detailed plan of the cave house you want to buy.

5. Preparing paperwork in order to go to the notary.

6. Renovation (prices for assistance on request): - helping in chosing a constructor and translating your plans - assistance with the apply for a permission for reforming

7. We can bring you in contact with local real estate agencies if you didn't find where you were looking for.
